Potential (Opinion)
Atlas Pacific Limited is just beginning to reap the benefits of its multi-year pearl production
process. At the end of 2000 they had approximately 650,000 oysters in the water, ranging from
juvenile animals (3 cm in size) to second operation oyster shell (16 cm plus). 1999 saw harvesting
and selling of 19,381 pearls. 2000 had 48,443. And 2001 is projected to yield 52,100 saleable
Pearls. The increased production combined with increased pearl prices should make 2001 APCFY's
most profitable year to date. The 2001 projection of $2.00 EPS, if combined with a realistic
P/E ratio of 5-20, could result in a stock price of $10-$40 within the next 12 months. (IMO)

Dividends
The company has now been established on a successful physical and profitable production basis,
and based on the projection of continued profits, the Board has adopted a policy of paying
dividends, which will hopefully commence in late 2001 or early 2002. The timing and the amount
of these dividends will depend on the availability of appropriate levels of cash reserves
and decisions that the Board must consider in relation to future capital expenditure in the
project.
