How many threads on SI are actually operated by someone trying to sell or publicize some type of for-profit service? Most of them advocate short-term trading. As a service to the community, let's compile an exhaustive list of active threads and promoters.

The purpose of this thread is not to comment on these purveyors, their recommendations, or their fees. It is hoped that those wishing to compare products or personalities will need only this one stop for shopping or evaluating the many traders offering their services (for the right fee).
