Introduction Compact

Bush is proposing big tax cut for dividen. I was wondering how to pick the winner. For those real estate trust, there is no corporate tax on the income. I guess we have to change the law to tax those real estate trust at corporate level and then we tax free for dividen. Any thought on this?
