From time to time it does happen that certain stocks flow up and sink back into oblivition.
How come that 2 chinese internet portals one of which had severe problems and the exchange put it on a lengthy trading suspension, had a geometric run which comes to a halt just when a group of lower chinese stocks poops its ugly heads.
The day was yesterday and it looked like a second coming.
I don't doubt that NTES and SOHU showed large net profits in the last quarter. What I doubt, though is their ongoing profitability.
There is another stock from a different sector but somehow interrelated by its trading pattern. No surprise this stock also gives up its ghost.
