Need help, filing for an injunction to stop a house demoliti

I have been involved with renovating homes in the Pittsburgh area for quite some time now. I love it. I get a thrill from taking a home that is in run down, sometime unlivable condition and turning it into someones dream home. Ok ok, so maybe not their dream home, but maybe a nice starter home for them!.

Here is my problem.

I want to/need to file for an injunction against the city of Pittsburgh, who has given out a contract to have a home demolished. I am not currently the owner, but have a quit claim deed that can be filed. The house does need work but nothing beyond the scope of repairs that I have had done on other properties . The county does not have a specific form available to file for this type of thing. I have talked with a couple of attorneys, but the fee's they want up front may exceed the current value of the home. I would like to file for the injunction myself, and seek further legal help if need be after a hearing date is set.

Can anyone out there help me come up with an onofficial "form" that I can file?

Thanks
Jane
