This is a small cap healthcare / beauty stock.

I can't claim a deep understanding of them, but ....... here's what I know!

They make a product (Daxxify!!) which competes with ABBV's Botox.

Daxxify has two application useages - beauty and health care.

They say their product is superior to Botox (surprise!). It requires less injections to deliver identical results.

They launched the product with premium pricing. The launch was a disaster.

They have now relaunched the product with reduced pricing, and it may be doing OK. Time will tell.

Investors have sold the shares down to deep value level. They're forecasting 2024 total sales of at least $280m.

They did an offering in March of this year and have $278m cash on the balance sheet.

They hope to reach cash flow break even in 2025. Who knows?

They are awaiting approval of their Daxxify product in China. The two applications (beauty and health care) require separate approvals from China's FDA. If the approvals come through, that would open a large market.

In this Botox-style product they are #5 in market share, but grew reasonably well (100% year on year) last Q. if they keep that up, things will be great.

Ok, it's either going to be a big winner or a disaster. Today's price is $2.73. Lets see what happens.....
