Does anyone know anything about the company. They use to be traded in AMEX but has since been delisted and is now traded via Pink Sheets. The company has an exceptional product which the Federal Government has purchased to the tune of about $3.0 Million (Guessing here). The problem here: They are in bankruptcy due to a lawsuit filed by the ex-wife of the previous President of the company, Tom Casey. He has since been kicked out and replaced by a highly regarded individual in the "Silicon Industry." Forgot his name. The lawsuit has truly disrupted the company in terms of sales and financing. Anybody out there know anything else. The company has an exceptional product which has been given a stamp of approval by the federal govt. as well as the big silicon valley companies, i.e. Hewlett Packard among several. Thank You. | ||||||||||||||
