XNVAY or XEN

I have been watching XENOVA Ltd, the pharmaceutical company in UK.
They have been public at NASDAQ ADR stock market as XNVAY.
And recently they have listed at London Stock Exchange as XEN.

Two days ago XEN was 225 pences, yesterday it was 240, today 267.5 !
Besides, the offer (ask) is 272 pences.
But ! XENOVA have been keeping $3 3/4. Why ?
As you can see DLVRY and COR, NASDAQ usually follows the London market.

If I bought XENOVA's stock, which is better XNVAY or XEN ?

An US analyst (Cowen's ?) published the report in last year,
he rated XNVAY as buy, and the targer max price was $12.
