Here is one that I feel is worth a close look. Here is some DD on MJXC. Majestic Companies Ltd. This is is one that really hits home as this company has designed a product that safe guards our kids while they are on school buses. Its called a Safe-T-Bar which replaces seat belts. This is one division of their company. Please read on.

This company has been trading thin recently but IMO not for long. Volume starting to increase today and the price is close to its 52 week low. Great time to get in.

A penny stock with real earnings and fully financed. This company is not looking for money. They have secured financing. They have 1.5 million dollars in revolving credit through a private fund group. They have also secured financing for the Safe-T-Bar itself to the tune of 2.5 million. Money is approved.

They have 3 divisions to generate revenue.

ONE

The Safe-T-Bar. They are the only company in North America that provides this safety feature. This safety bar meets all safety standards. There are 450,000 buses in the USA with a potential revenue of 1 billion dollars. The company is currently in talks with a manufacturer of buses that produce 50 school buses per day. It could become a pre included option and safety feature on all their buses they produce.

Starting this week the company is is launching an explosive National Media Blitz for the next 4-6 weeks which will be in the form of TV, Radio,Magazines and mail outs. They have already been featured on 2 TV exposes in Los Angeles on Channel 6 and 9. Along with this, Stockbroker Relations is the IR firm that Majestic has chosen to promote their stock and help get the word out. This IR firm has 30 people going hard on the phones promoting MJXC which they have just began doing. Majestic and IR firm will soon be mailing out brochures and videos of the Safe-T-Bar and the benefits of having it on a school bus. The safe-t-bar is kind of like a bar that secures you in when you are on a roller coaster ride and securely fastens you in and keeps our kids safe. As you can imagine this is very emotional video. Especially for those who do have kids. Video also has an interview with company. Personally I would welcome this on all school buses.

And lastly on Safe-T-Bar. There was recently a major convention in Reno Nevada. Majestic had a school bus there which was totally outfitted with the safe-t-bar. This took place August 1,2,3,and 4.

They had 6 million dollars in sales last year and are projecting
10 million dollars for next year. They expect to double in size this year with 2 to 3 acquisitions.

Majestic Financing is another division which handles all the leasing arrangements for all the classrooms. This is a win win situation because the company retains the classrooms as an asset and at the same time are collecting revenue on a 5 year lease. The life span of the classrooms are 25 years.

Held by Management = 4.5 mill
Actual free float = 3.5 mill
