Dilutive P/Placement with 6.7+ mil shares PLUS warrants out the Kazoo...priced below market as all these deals are, with stock lockups, and 18months to exercise the warrants, ad nauseum.

Announced purpose is to fund exploratory drilling.

Curious timing...but then GOZ.V is a Canadian listing...what else can one expect if one is familiar with HoweStreet type shennigans of Canadian infamy?

Oh, did you say, you hoped for cash flow from harvesting free-milling ore from the dump to pay for future exploration?

My My. WhatEVER would make one think management would approve that idea?
