Return to Global Network Inc. - GNNU

Global Network, Inc. is a development stage company whose goal is to develop an advertising network of online newspaper web sites for the purpose of purchasing unused page views on these sites and reselling them to national advertisers.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Check my math when you get a chance ..

"The Company has either received or received notice from brokerage firms that approximately 21,150,000 shares are being retired. Following this retirement there will be approximately 10,800,000 shares outstanding of which approximately 9,200,000 shares are restricted.

The proprietary software to be developed will offer national advertisers access to a network of major newspapers through a jointly owned server, positioning GNI to take advantage of an Internet advertising market estimated to grow 800% by 2004, ($2.8 billion to $22 billion; Forrester Research, Wall Street Journal, Tuesday, Sept. 21, 1999)."

If GNNU only has 1.6 million stocks trading & actually gets 1% of the forecast $2.8 billion net ad market, the value of those stocks should be $17.50 per share in 2000 & $138.00 in 2004 .

Now, the sectors they seem to have sourced some interest from could very quickly boost their 1% take of the overall ad market share to 2 or 3 or 4% .... This story seems more staggering every time I read it, like 12 months out I could actually imagine that they have an absolute stranglehold on this B2B sector & the stock is at $100.00 based on so few shares being available.

Global Network, Inc. signed a deal with Scudder back in Nov 99, add a few more major contracts and well .. you get the picture.

Have I missed something here?!
