It's dificult to express proper civility vs reasonable expression of righteous anger. Framing rules is not simple.
On SI I have witnessed extremes of very bad taste, dishonesty and libel. I have also seen wonderful honest and well thought out analysis.
So in general dishonesty and libel will not be tolerated. My approach will be to explicitly tell those not welcome they are not welcome. If they persist I will list them in the header and if they still persist I will ban them.
In general all are welcome. If you think you are not welcome, send a PM. I will let you know. Do you have the simple ability to read this header and understand like a lady or gentleman? If you cannot, you should conclude you are not welcome, but I wrote this because sadly you need to be told.
