Intrepid Technology and Resources, Incorporated (ITR) is a publicly traded Northwest alternative/renewable energy and natural resources company.

The Bio-fuels Division is the focus area for major business expansion. This Division is responsible for the development of various biofuels (combustible fuels derived from biological materials such as agricultural crops [e.g. ethanol, methanol, biodiesel, hydrogen] and animal and food waste [methane]) projects. The Divisions current primary focus is on development of integrated, self-contained or closed-loop biofuels energy production complexes, in which the energy required to support the industrial process is produced on site from renewable feedstock. Activities include identifying opportunities, performing engineering and feasibility assessments, and providing the overall integration and technical management that includes siting, permitting, designing, constructing, and operating biofuels complexes.
