The WorldStar is a composite multi purpose vehicle manufactured from tough steel, imperious plastic resins, strong structural foam, tight fiberglass composites and other core materials. The key ingredient to successful integration of WorldStar vehicles in developing countries is WTA's micro-manufacturing facility. WTA modular factories are designed and equipped as integrated turnkey systems that enable owners to manufacture, assemble, test, and market completed WorldStar vehicles. These turnkey systems include numerous jigs, fixtures, cutters, fabric shapers, benders, welders, and all the various equipment molds needed to build at least one utility vehicle per day in a factory while using semi-skilled crews of local people. And because the vehicle was built inside it's own borders it's cost to build is under $5,000 and thus can be priced affordably. It takes approximately 90 days to set up a one truck, or one taxi per day factory and World Transport Authority maintains a prototype manufacturing and training facility that conducts daily sessions on vehicle construction as well as the installation and use of its modular factory.
WTA promotes a Master License Program that authorizes individual investors and/or governmental agencies to purchase and control regional site licensing for WTA modular factories. The cost of a master license is based on population density in a specified region, factory licenses are issued at a set price. The company will continue to issue individual site licenses to interested parties through its Site License Program as long as master licenses remain available.
