This thread will review the events and activities of Cincinatti Bell, a telecommunication provider in southern Ohio and northern Kentucky.
Also, CSN has a billing subsidiary, CBIS, that provides billing and back office support to telecommunication companies. A large customer is DirecTV. In addition, CSN has a marketing subsidiary, Matrixx Marketing that provides the customer services function for other companies. So CSN is more than a telephone company.
CSN plans to spin off both subsidiaries in later 1998 or early 1999.
At that time this thread will cover the activities of Cincinatti Bell only.
