Since there are no longer any high flying stocks that are "High Technical Rank"... we have moved the focus of the Market Gems Thread to stocks with Strong Earnings and MOMENTUM... The fallen leaders are finally moving down to real valuations but their techical ranks are still very weak so instead we are looking for momentum. The best trades are still those with Strong Earnings but it will take a while until this "momentum" builds up and can actually change the rankings of the Technical Strength to the word "HIGH"..
The new thread is not intended for a influx of picks throughout the day but for those that have followed the Techno-Fundamental Strategies of Market Gems thread through the past 3 1/2 years and want to contribute a few ideas of their own. The new thread will be foremost a 'bulletin' board for our subscribers who need updated information on Watch List Plays, Educational Articles, and Earnings and other "Event Driven" news plays. We welcome any thought provoking theories, strategies, trading ideas.
The thread is NOT intended to be a daytrading forum although ideas can be posted. Although we appreciate the inalienable rights for free speech, a modicum for decorum and on topic posts will be upheld. Market Gems feels the preservation of quality is a sanctity.
