Return to petal's Swedish stock picks

Here I will post short write-ups of my current favorite Swedish companies. May mention some companies from other Scandinavian countries too, and maybe rest of Europe as well.

They will usually be quite shallow, due to me being too impatient to (1) do deep DD and (2) to lazy to do real proper write ups. ¯\_(``-)_/¯

New fav. SWE co.'s

* Casino platform provider Evolution Gaming. Utterly absurd profitability. (Oct 3 2022)

* Gaming co. G5 (G5EN). 30% profit CAGR since IPO. (Oct 3 2022)

* KABE –makes trailers. Dirt cheap quality company. (Aug 26 2022)

My current fav. Swedish companies (as of June 25 2022):

* Betsson and Kambi – Gambling co's (BETS, KAMBI)
* Bahnhof and Tele2 – Telecom providers (BAHN, TEL2 B)
* Inwido – Maker of windows.
* Hexpol and Nolato – Material makers (HPOL B, NOLA B)
* Thule – Producer of "bike strollers", roof racks for skis and bikes, among other things. (THULE)
* Engcon – Makes tiltrotators for excavators (which fills the same function as a wrist does for the human hand). (ENGCON B)

European co.'s:

* Banque Nationale de Belgique – Belgium's central bank (BNB). UPDATE, 3 Oct '22: just removed div, and do not plan to reintroduce it for a couple of years. So probably won't be attractive for a while despite 30% price fall and P/E of less than 1.

US co.'s:

Meta (FB), Alphabet (GOOG), Philip Morris (PM), British American Tobacco (BTI/BATS)
