-----Bighorn Studios Presents-----

 The Astrom Curse

 Opening Scene
Our story opens in a quaint little cabin in Creede, Colorado. The cabin resides on the Rio Grange river which begins from snow melt in the Rocky Mountains, and meanders all the way to the Gulf of Mexico; emptying it's contents near Brownsville, Texas. Peering inside we see William Turner sipping a fresh cup of Peet's Coffee(Ticker PEET...he thinks Peet's the next Starbucks and has a modest sized holding of them in his portfolio) while calmly, though intently watching his Ameritrade Streamer on his HP Pavillion laptop. The streamer seems to have a life of it's own, due to the ever changing reds, yellows, and greens that flicker seemingly at random against the white and grey spreadsheet. Will's rugged exterior hints to the fact that he is indeginous to the area, and a decendent of Wyatt Earp. This is uncanny since he looks a match to Kurt Russel's character in the movie Tombstone. Instead of a life as a peace officer, Will's path led him to his own business. He is owner/operator of Bighorn 4X4 Mountain Tours. He spends much of his time with tourists in his old camo Hummer exploring ghost towns and hidden lakes in the mountain ranges in the lower southwestern portion of Colorado. Consciously, he is unaware that he has exchanged a gun for a mouse, and to a battle he is engaged. The streamer flickers, drawing his crystal blue eyes to focus on one specific ticker that is eluminated in red. The ticker reads VWKM and the price is .0003. He has done a lot of DD on this one, and his mind recalls ruefully the tangled web of the story. As James Taylor softly plays in the background, his vision averts out through the window to the mountains, the river, and the wild flowers. Despite the serene setting a battle in his mind is about to begin. The antagonist vs. the protagonist. The protangonist is winning. The last unified thought is a question. He ponders...Will I ever be able to serarate the PULP from the FICTION on this one?

Dialogue Begins inside the mind of William Turner
************ The Protagonist ************* Maybe this is the one I catch at the nadir and then it will go on to be a 100 bagger.
************ The Antogonist************* Let's not forget that this company has a history of dilution, symbol change, and then R/S. Remember the proof from pinksheets.com:
Class Notes: Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 200 split. Effective date=2-14-04 Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 500 split. Effective date=4-12-04 Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 10 split. Effective date=8-10-04 Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 1,000 split. Effective date=6-21-05
************ The Protagonist ************* But I can buy 2 million shares for only $600. All it has to do is go to .10 and i'll have $200,000.
************ The Antogonist ************ HA! Maybe if we could find out the float. We know what it USED to be:
  OUTSTANDING SHARES AS OF 6/22/2005
14,841,280 Affiliated Restricted 3,103,759 in The Public Float
  OUTSTANDING SHARES AS OF 9/26/2005
Outstanding Shares 2,344,540,078 Affiliated Restricted 2,029,684,656 The Public Float 314,855,000
Nice trend! We called the tranfer agent and they refused to tell us. That's a good sign!
************ The Protagonist ************ But this idea sounds promising. And they have pretty good websites.

************ The Antogonist ************ Websites! That's probably all they really do!
************ The Protagonist ************* But the hope of a national channel sounds so huge and it seems like this Rick guy can make it happen!
************ The Antogonist ************ Oh, so you must be forgetting the Astrom Curse. They have ran 30+ companies into the dirt without one success. They are basically the Boston Red Sox of Companies.
************ The Protagonist ************* The Red Sox broke the curse...so maybe Mark could too? God Bless - No Doubt cris
