RECOMMENDED FUND IS THE VANGUARD BOND FUND 100%

It is the intent not to trade the accounts that are available often but be invested most of the time. This is not a short term trading idea to get rich.

It is the intent to be in the strongest sectors and miss a large percentage of severe down turns [bear markets] that last for extended period of time. The market downfall of 2000 to 2002 is a perfect example. The system used here would have taken you out of most of that downfall.

There will be times when wrong signals will happen resulting in missing small market moves. But the large moves down will be almost entirely missed. This is the objective of this site. TO OUTPERFORM THE MARKETS OVER LONG PERIODS OF TIME.

The systems used to Exit and enter markets and funds are on a video below, it is a outdated video but the material is real in all time frames
