MHTX, today ( Jan 9, 1998 ) announced it has completed the acquisition of Tamarack Storage Devices and as part of the acquisition the company has raised $ 1 million dollars and effected an 11 for 1 forward stock split on January 8,1998.

Tamarack, based in Santa Fe, NM, is a developement stage company formed in 1992, claims to have cutting edge technology and the most advanced holographic storage system available today.
