This letter is to inform you that at the end of November 2001 we will be dissolving Tenlights.com and seeking a new home for RavenQuote. I am trying to find a new company to take over the software so as to make this a seamless transition, however I can not guarantee this will happen, and so at the end of November Tenlights.com will cease operations and the Raven Registration server will be dismantled. Also as of today we are not longer signing up new customers. If it takes me longer than a month to find a new home, I will keep you informed in this mailing list. If I do find a new home for RavenQuote, you will need to sign up again under different terms. The goal is to find a company who can support the numerous enchantment and stability issues we have heard about over the last months, and provide a smooth running product. Again there are no guarantees.
To help cushion this event, we will not be charging your account for November; e.g. that month will be free. Clients that have signed up for yearly subscriptions will receive a credit on their credit cards for the months left on their account, and November will be free. Therefore if you signed up in October 1 2001 you will only be charged for the month of October and the 11 remaining months will appear as a credit on your card.
