* Rattlesnake Hills in Wyoming is an alkalic gold deposit with characteristics of the 28MM oz Cripple Creek mine in Colorado.
* Several assays from Rattlesnake Hills are pending. Five drill rigs are currently running there.
* Initial hole from property in Nevada is visually indicating the Lower Plate rocks that host the high grade mines of the Carlin Trend (Newmont JV).
* Initial results from the first Carlin holes (incl. 35.1 meters at 1.21 gpt gold) are "extremely encouraging".
* $19MM cash in the bank (as of 8/09).
* Proactive management provides unparalleled quality of corporate communications.

Advanced Projects
Wyoming - The Rattlesnake Hills project is an alkalic deposit that shares several key characteristics of the 20MM+ oz Cripple Creek mine in Colorado. The goal of the company is to discover multi-million ounce gold deposits. Work on Rattlesnake Hills to date has shown it has that potential.

"Drilling in 2009 is designed to expand and confirm the body of bulk tonnage style mineralization, and the high grade zones within it which was reported at the end of 2008 drilling. The 2008 drilling defined a body which measured approximately 450 meters long, 200 meters wide, and 550 meters deep. The 2009 drilling is also designed to better define the mineralization at Antelope Basin, up to 750 meters to the south of North Stock, and explore the potential connection between the two zones of mineralization."

Assay results to date include:

* 146 m of 2.92 gpt Au
* 131 m of 2.84 gpt Au
* 67.1 m of 10.8 gpt Au

As of 8/31/09, five rigs are currently drilling at Rattlesnake Hills. Initially the program for 2009 called for three rigs and approximately 15,000 meters of drilling (press release), but was subsequently expanded to five rigs and 25,000 meters of drilling.

Nevada - "The Carlin property area is situated between the Gold Quarry (Newmont) [32MM oz's Au] and Rain [5MM oz's Au] mines of the Carlin Trend and comprises approximately 5,300 acres of Newmont-held surface and minerals and 3,070 acres of Newmont-held lode claims combined with a further 1,750 acres of Evolving's claims. Although much of this area is covered by a veneer of gravel belonging to the Miocene Carlin Formation, gravity data suggest basement rocks like those that host the adjacent deposits of the trend lie at shallow depth." [emphasis added]

"Drilling has intersected favorable host rocks, visually interpreted as Lower Plate rock units similar to those that host the high grade gold mineralization in the Carlin Trend."

Other Projects
* All Carlin Properties - Nevada
* Sleeper District Project - Nevada
* Alpha Butte - Nevada
* Fisher Canyon - Nevada (sold in 2009)
* Malone - New Mexico
* Kiyuk - Nunavut
