I will try to keep this thread fairly active with a watch list and or Educational material each night. The primary focus will be on stocks which will be suitable for holding 2 to 5 days and methods that you can use to find these stocks. I will no longer be active on my old thread.

My focus is usually on trending stocks, either up or down. 90% of my trades will be on the side of the trend because I dont usually do well going against the flow.
