Rules:
- Picks can be submitted starting at 00:00 on 12/15/13 through 23:59 on 01/01/14.
- Picks must by submitted with full name and ticker symbol, with exchange e.g. "Chesapeake Gold CKG.V"
- Must trade on TSX, TSX.V or any US exchange
- Must be 0.05 or over
