In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, this material is archived for research purposes only.
Please do not use this board for discussions. This is an archive. People wishing to talk about issues should go to boards that are meant for that purpose. That is not this board's purpose. The reason that I am vigilant about this is that writers need to quickly and efficiently locate material for their articles. This board would be better considered a reference source, not a place for conversation.
It has been brought to my attention that articles would be easier to find if the first words of the post contained indications of the subject, such as: "Katrina," "Environment," "Deficit," or "Cheney". One might then write an header, without bold, thus:
Environment, Cheney, WaPo - and the author, perhaps. Let us see if this works.
If, and when you post, remember that: I need links. (And, so will you if you want to write effectively!)
Links provide proof, whether posted within the internet document as an embedded reference, or for reference in written documents (that may one day be published - or, at least, circulated, if it comes to that). The mere address is enough proof of a document's existence as to provide credible evidence.
And, I suspect that many of us truth-seekers will be required to provide evidence in the future. Many may become so brainwashed as to not believe what they see. Others, who have vested interests, may do anything to discredit even the most well-documented work.
Just for the record: I do not believe that Bushco will tolerate an actual challenge to their monopoly on power. I do believe that they will do whatever they must to retain their position. I do believe that if this means a total ban on certain forms of travel, internet communications, etc., they will do it. It is for this reason that I am so meticulous and demanding about archives.
Thank you for your interest, and support in the archiving. I've been doing this on my own for six years (yes, before 9/11), when it became apparent that Bushco would start a war as a method to "pump" the economy. I had no idea what I was doing then... but, now I do. The other archive (some also on permanent hard-drive) is on a totally unrelated site.
If you are looking for a subject, let me know. I probably have it, somewhere... If you have something ancient and relevant, post it.
