Return to MicroTouch (MTSI): at or near bottom?

Practically the hottest stock on NASDAQ in 1994 was MicroTouch Systems,
a maker of touch screens for interactive terminals. Last year, their
stock shot up from the low teens to high forties.

This year it reversed and the stock is back where it started.

What's going on?
Are better times ahead for MTSI?
