The latest update on what looks like the TWOG and the BDWH Scam:
Merry Christmas. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas, because being invested in Twog, certainly isn't anything to be happy about. Looks like Mancini and Needham are trying to work a deal with Mr. Watson and his wife, Debbie, who apparently are working out of their own kitchen table with a New York phone number, and a Florida address. Somehow, Mancini and Needham and the Watson family, are all part of a new scam they are trying to scam and con and rip us off with??? Everyone's wondering what's going on. The Twog-ster boys, Mancini and Needham say, "Management thinks we should accept this offer by BDWH - otherwise known as the "Mr. and Mrs. Watson" deal. Why is it that none of these people ever post their bios, backgrounds or resumes, and yet they expect us to give them all our money? Most real companies tell you who the management team is and their experience. But, not here in the world of non-reporting and not having to disclose stuff on the pink sheets. I know of some pinks that do report. They are too honest for Mancini, Needham and Watson. That's getting way too honest. Certainly, we don't want these people to actually have to become honest and legitimate, do we? Of course not. We all rather be ripped off and scammed and conned out of our money by people we don't know much about, so we can say, we never knew much about them, as if that makes getting screwed in the butt - a lot better. The latest fiasco is this deal where Twog is being purchased by BDWH. The price is .085 per Twog shares. I own 200,000 of this Twog crap. They better pay me .085 for all my 200,000 shares of Twog, and then I want that amount in cash when I sell out. Otherwise, I am going to go to war with these people. Several of us smell another scam here, again. Time to call the FBI and the SEC, again. Yes, again, and again and again. Where in the hell is the SEC and the FBI when you need them? Are they all eating donuts and coffee and getting fat on their lazy asses just like the L.A.P.D. and other cops when you need them? Is that why you always find them down at the donut shop all the time? Folks, it's time to rattle cages again. Send emails to everyone, and make phone calls, leave messages, and call the FBI, and the SEC, and send emails and tell them to investigate these lying con-artists dilution dumpster diving stock value destroying rip off white collar criminals. These guys better get me all my money back. I will make their lives one miserable experience if they don't. They say this deal is to go down in Feb. 2006. I better be able to get all my money back by then. Or else. Everyone, DO NOT vote to accept this deal that they are trying to scam us over with, unless they sign an aggreement with me and you and everyone, saying they will pay us .085 for every one of our Twog shares, and that we can cash out at that price and get our money back. Otherwise, there is no deal.

The Mancini and Needham Fake and Fraud Update:
Be careful here. We got 2 questionable Canadian idiots trying to pull the wool over our eyes here. Shareholders, watch out for the stupid fake fraud misleading PRs that Michael "Moron" Mancini and Robert "Nerd" Needham, are accustomed to putting out. They think we're dumb. They keep trying to pull a fast one on us. Trying to trick us out of our money. Trying to impress us with dumb stupid faking lying PRs. They try to get us to accept a worthless PR that didn't tell us anything. Bastards. The first misleading PR was the Fowler JV, that I was told - the JV never existed. That is called "Fraud" when you post lies like that. The next misleading PR was the LOI for 49% of a Russian company. We never heard about that one 5 months after they announced the deal. The most stupid PR was the "Private Company" acquisition PR, where they said they bought 20% of a "private" company. They didn't tell us the name or location or any details. We had to demand and force them to tell us more. So, they said they had some JV in the Komi Republic of Russia. So far, we still don't know if it's a "private" company or if it's a country or a government. The 2 retards running Twog, don't tell us much. We waited over 6 months to finally get this deal. "IF" the deal is real, the stock should've blasted off thru the roof, but the 2 jerks don't know how to promote their company and stock and use good news to make the stock take off. Bottomline, I am very disappointed in the 2 idiots running this company. They have destroyed my stock value by over 95%. I only got 5% of my money left. I hate these 2 con-artists running this company. They deceived, mislead, conned and defrauded me out of my money by their lying Fowler JV PR, that later they "severed" ties with. Damned liars. I was told there never was a Fowler JV. So, they didn't "sever" ties with anyone, cuz there were no ties, from what I can tell. Damned fools. Jerks. Creeps. Idiots. Con-artists. Fraud-sters. Company says, "...news will be forthcoming..." in an email to one of the shareholders recently.)

Houston, TX. Run by Mike Mancini and Robert Needham. They were running AKOL.PK, and Frontier Oil Company - FOGL before that. They seem to spend most of their time running TWOG.PK, from Toronto, Canada. Huge accumulation going on the other day. Someone is buying it cheap. According to a PR at the old AKOL.PK, some think TWOG is doing an acquisition of a Russian oil company - acquiring 49%. At AKOL.PK, they said, $20 million in revenues. They say they are a development company. Based on previous news at AKOL.PK, the former symbol. I have been following this stock for several months. I am an investor in it. Something seems to be going on here. They changed their name and symbol to reflect doing overseas business. They went from 320,000 traded the other day, to over 7 million traded today. The stock also traded 10-11 million just the other day. They once went from .01 to .07 a few months ago. And, they once were as high as .49 in the past. I'd like to see it go to $1.13 for some personal reasons. I'm an investor here, and I am waiting for something good to happen. They used to be AKOL.PK. Alaskan Oil and Gas. They just changed the name and symbol. No news posted yet. They need to keep the shareholders informed. Something's going on. Somebody knows something. Oil is a hot and greasy commodity these days. Black gold. It's what made the Beverly Hillbillies - "RICH!" Texas Tea! I'll be glad when they actually do something, like find some oil, dig a hole, pump oil, do a JV, acquire something, build something, make a website, print some news and PRs, make a real company, start making something happen and doing something to make us some money. Hopefully, they'll be working their way back up to .01. Can't wait until they finally move up and over .05 and over .10. If they close on the 49% of the Russian deal, this could blast off over a dollar. To the 2 Canadians running this company - "Hurry up and do something!" HOUSTON, April 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Alaskan Oil and Gas (Other OTC:AKOL.PK - News) has signed an LOI to acquire 49% ownership of a producing oil company located in Russia. The final purchase price will consist of a combination of cash to be utilized as working capital and convertible preferred shares to complete the purchase.
The operating management of the company currently has 10 years of operational experience and are involved in various aspects of oil production. Current areas of operations include production of crude oil and gas condensate, transportation of hydrocarbon raw material to the consumer, registration of necessary customs procedures, reprocessing of sour and highly paraffinic oil within its own plants and the receipt of high-gravity sorts of oil.
