In accordance with Title 17 U.S.C. Section 107, this material is archived for research purposes only.

Please do not use this board for discussions.
This is an archive.
People wishing to talk about issues should go to boards that are meant for that purpose. That is not this board's purpose.
The reason that I am vigilant about this is that writers need to quickly and efficiently locate material for their articles. This board would be better considered a reference source, not a place for conversation.

It has been brought to my attention that articles would be easier to find if the first words of the post contained indications of the subject, such as: "Katrina," "Environment," "Deficit". One might then write an header, without bold, thus:

Environment, Katrina, WaPo - the author and date.
AND THE LINK AT THE BOTTOM.

If, and when you post, remember: LINKS MATTER.
Links provide proof of a document's legitimate existence and must be provided as part of a reference.
