For the 2009 calendar year the company has set out the following as its key corporate goals:
* Sale of the manganese ore stockpile situated at the Anglo Ferrous Port in Santana
* Commercialization of the manganese oxide ore stockpiles situated at Serra do Navio through their beneficiation, production and profitable sale of products
* Drilling on the Matapi iron project as an estimate of the potential economic scale
* Development of the commercial decision for Condor Gold project
* Completion of a drilling program at Rio Zarza to explore for extensions of the “Fruta del Norte” gold mineralization
