After making claims they could not support with regard to drugs or formulations that would assist in the battle against HIV - and getting called on the carpet by the SEC and the courts, the company is now apparently defunct.
Certainly goes to the issue of bogus claims and using the Internet to pull a fast one; promting the reminder to always DYODD.

Apparently, starting a stock discussion board on such a company places the messenger '..in league with the company..' in some quarters. And, to those self-appointed pseudo-stock cops/busybodies, the old Bastogne military response, "...NUTS...", seems very appropriate.
