GenoMed, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GMED) today (..26NOV01..) announced that it had finalized a Letter of Intent to acquire
Genomic Medicine, LLC, a St. Louis, Missouri based genomic biotechnology company.

GenoMed officials indicated that an announcement specific to the finalization of
the acquisition of Genomic Medicine, LLC was expected within ten (10) days.
