Here is a brief overview of Laminco Resources. I believe that they are onto a hot property ( and not just cause its warm in mexico). Anyone else have any opinions?

Laminco Resources is a mining exploration and development company focused on developing gold projects in Latin America. It's
management team counts in excess of 180 years of experience in the mining/finance business. Laminco's key 100% owned property is located
100 miles east of Hermosillo in the state of Sonora, Mexico. Strategically situated in the San Antonio mining district the 150 square mile
(96,000 acres) project has already encountered success with an excess of 350,000 ounces of gold defined by drilling less than 5% of its land
position. All the zones currently being tested and yielding consistent gold mineralization are open at depth and along strike. Although Mexico
has a long tradition of mining silver and gold, only recently is the full mineral potential being brought to light through modern and methodical
exploration techniques. Positive changes in Mexico's mining laws during the early 90's and the enactment of NAFTA have opened this
country's vast mineral potential for development. Following is a brief overview of Laminco's discoveries.

California Trend

The Central California Area is a 6,500 ft east-west structure. Recent drilling has identified some of the highest grade gold mineralization
encountered in this area to date. Hole 108 graded 0.052 ounces of gold over the total length of 625 feet including an interval of 250 feet
which graded 0.10 ounces per ton gold and 75 feet grading 0.2 ounces of gold per ton. While it is too early to provide definitive reserve
calculations a preliminary evaluation of the drill data indicated that the Central California Area currently hosts more than 350,000 ounces of
gold at an average grade of 0.051 ounces per ton. Three other gold zones along the California Trend, Double A, East California, and El Tigre,
occur at the intersections of the California fault with cross fault structures. There is the potential to repeat the types of mineralization found at
the Central California Area at these and other similar geologic structures along the California Trend.

The Realito Zone

The Realito Zone is a 3,500 ft long east-west structure containing breccia bodies from 50-160 feet wide. Nine drill holes have been
completed in the Golfo de Oro area of the Realito Zone with a structurally controlled gold mineralized section up to 160 feet wide at a grade
of .136 ounces per ton identified with individual sections of this zone assaying in excess of .4 ounces per ton. Preliminary interpretation
indicates that the gold mineralized areas at Golfo de Oro have the potential to be significantly larger than the currently defined Central
California Area. Drilling will be commencing shortly on some other similar geological areas north of the Realito.

Luz del Cobre Copper Project

The Luz del Cobre copper deposit represents a substantial asset to Laminco. It contains an estimated 127 million pounds of recoverable
copper which is amenable to in-situ leaching.

A current on-going geological mapping, geochemical sampling and drilling program is being conducted to further expand Laminco's reserves.
With $9,000,000 in working capital and no debt, Laminco should be considered a very good risk capital stock for your portfolio. Should you
have any questions about the company, please feel free to contact Andrew Hunter at 684-6508 or (toll free) 1-800-665-6877.
