In an effort to keep politics off of the Piffer OT thread, this thread is being created to allow off-main thread discussions of all things political.
The thread is moderated only so that those lacking civility can be shown the door. I do not intend to kick anyone off of this ballot.
A few suggested guidelines:
1. Humor is appreciated.
2. Please do not let any rancorous disputes spill over onto the Piffer thread. Draw your swords, have it out, and then let it go. If you don't convince the world that you are right, will the world really end???
3. If you are from Palm Beach County, please be advised that the "Previous" link is to the post BEFORE the one you are viewing, and the "Next" link is to the post AFTER the one you are viewing. We have asked SI Management to avoid the use of arrows to the extent possible so that you will not be confused.
4. No cruelty to dogs is permitted. Cruelty to cats will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. It is permissible to make fun of the following states and their residents: Florida, Wisconsin, Utah, New York, Texas, California. Other states will be considered for inclusion on this list at the whim of the moderator. |
