Return to Advanced Micro vs Intel (AMD / INTC)

AMD's antitrust suit against Intel dramatizes the competition between them.

They compete on technology, manufacturing, design wins and distribution. They go head-to-head in most of the world's markets. They compete for partners and associates, for investment funds and for the favour of the financial markets.

Losses or gains in the billions of dollars are always, conceivably, just around the corner.

This board is about that competition and the consequences for investors.

Moderation will be liberal to encourage serious debate and honest questions in a lively and pleasant atmosphere.

As moderator I will rely heavily on the self-discipline and experience of posters. However, I will ban any poster who uses personal insults, baiting and anything that smacks of spamming or other disruptive debating techniques.
