Tom DeMark is, as far as I can ascertain, THE most influential technical analyst in the business. In his book, The New Science of Technical Analysis, he describes a chart pattern that he calls a "sequential". It is a straightforward way of identifying short to intermediate term buy and sell points. The first opportunity I had to use this method was SUNW on Dec. 31. I was able to get in at 25 3/4 and get out at 33 1/4 on 2/21. I would like to invite anyone familiar with this method to post alerts on stocks that have performed the necessary pattern of a "sequential".
