Return to Gold Price Monitor News

The purpose of this thread is very simple:
To monitor & analyze those factors affecting the price of gold.

This thread excludes the following members from posting:
E. Charters
long-gone
Graystone
Bill Murphy
Eclectus
(25 March 2002)
No spam'n the Gata Bill Cafe, or sell'n GATA memorabilia.

Please do not seek or give advice on individual stocks.
(or)
If you want a list of symbols for precious metal investing,
silver & gold, the following thread is doing very good.

Please click below url and see if you recognize any posters
that you can ask for a list. If not, then post a message to the
"Its my Party" of thread and ask, but if you get no reply
then that will be a signal that the folks there are quite serious
about what they do and realize that giving out a list is not
the manner in which they conduct "business" as its a 2 way street
with lots of research and opinions exchanged as equals.
If this is not what you seek, then simply back up about 100 posts,
or a few weeks, and use the Si feature View Next 10
collect the symbols being mentioned with note of buy/hold/sell.

Note finally, unlike the Zeev Turnip threads these guys are not
of a short, as in minutes, trading these companies and while
they do take profits the attitude there is that we are in the start
of a bull market for both gold and silver.

All commentary welcome on precious and base metal investing.
If it's mined from the ground its fair game for discussion.
Primary emphasis to be on micro issues, with company analysis encouraged.
This thread had it's genesis at Gold and Silver Mining Stocks.
