Return to The 5% Club - Stocks down 95% from their Highs

Will companies that have declined 95% from their recent highs ever recover? The purpose of this thread is to create a portfolio of stocks and monitor their performance over the next 6 months or year. I propose the following criteria for inclusion:
1. Stocks that are, or have recently, traded at 5% or less of their high since 1/1/00
2. Stocks that achieved a market cap greater than $ 1 Billion at their high
3. A reason to include them in the list, ie. some one proposing them, or their having been one of the "big" stocks of the internet craze.
4. Stocks will be priced with the closing price on Friday 4/9/01
5. Stocks currently priced under $1 will not be included.
Other criteria and input welcome. larry
