Tempus Connectivity Solutions (TCS), is a customizable software infrastructure that provides a comprehensive set of communications, security, and data delivery services allowing organizations to manage and distribute enterprise data regardless of location, platform, protocol, or file type. CGI serve about 1500 private and public companies and realize about $300,000,000 in revenu. With this deal, Micro Tempus confirms its position in this growing market and it also means more revenus for that company. Micro Tempus has about 30M shares issued but I don't know how much is the public float.
