This is becoming a place for storing my mental notes in the never ending quest to build a successful long term portfolio. I also track my portfolio daily to keep tabs on mistakes such as why I sold too early or bought too high as well as documenting the successes too. Also, news that affected the stocks as a whole will be reported. Every trade posted was close to real time as possible. Seems like 80% will drop after I buy them and then rebound.
My goal is to profit from the trend in aggressive growth investing and maximize my investment without having to trade several times a day. My goal this year is to beat the three indexes (Nasdaq, S&P 500, and Dow).
I will try to analyze and post stock picks where the stock has:
- Increased revenues sequentially at least 10% for four quarters with corresponding increase in EPS
- 50% increase in earnings and controlled EPS losses, or
- Experienced a 30% jump Q2Q, and also
- Has a good TA chart
- Dominates it sector with great potential for growth.
