Return to Jim's Nasdaq100 Special as a basket.

This Thread is for the Nasdaq100 only.
It will focus on the New AMEX Spider that should start
trading mid March.
I will not pick, and hope others don't pick individual stocks
to buy/sell or short, so we can specialize on the basket.
However the individual stocks in the Nazdaq100 will be discussed
in the context of how they effect the basket as a whole.
An example is the weighting below the 10 stocks make up
50% of the index, and the first 5 are the real heavy hitters
as they make up 40%.
SYM WHT% TOT %
msft 14.72 14.72%
intc 8.81 23.53%
wcom 6.39 29.92%
csco 6.38 36.30%
dell 4.58 40.88%
orcl 2.42 43.30%
sunw 1.83 45.13%
amgn 1.72 46.85%
tcoma 1.67 48.52%
amat 1.48 50.00%
-----------------------
I picture myself as a Strategist more
than say an FA, or TA person.
Remember Nasdaq100 only, please.
TA and or FA on the heavy hitters is welcome
as long as we can place it in context of how it will
move the N100 index.

I find certain other subjects threads very interesting while they are
more general they are also very much worth investigating ( for me at least )
The three I visit most often are
Subject 50783
and
Subject 28666
and
Subject 24052
They have a collection of some very good posters.
