I was suprised this morning to discover somehow I had myself ignored. another SI bug I think.
But I'm glad to see SI is finally doing things right for test threads:
Now we don't have to suffer from all of the test threads, instead they made the test forum so it doesn't show up on the new subjects list everytime an GNET person creates one.

I take it all back. with all the errors I'm getting, I suspect they're doing spaghetti patches and breaking other things in the process.
WHERE IS QA? WHY IS THERE A LACK OF QUALITY? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE IDEA OF TESTING STUFF BEFORE YOU PUT IT IN PRODUCTION?
I cannot tell them what to do, but they really need someone to come in and organize the process. You don't do hot fixes unless you have really analyzed the problem and tested as much as you can.
When it comes to testing regression testing is very important. I've written automated testing software and can say its a very good thing to have as part of your QA process.
