Heavily pumped stocks are typically dumped. Aside from the pumpers dumping the stock there is the question as to what he know, why would he risk criminal charges?

The pump and dump artist is providing excellent advertisement towards potential shorts. Stocks which show evidence of the pump and dump will be tracked for one month.
