QCS Announces Strategic Alliance With QRS Corporation to Integrate Internet-Based Services for Major Retailers
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- QCS CORPORATION (OTC: QCSC - news) announced today that it has entered into a strategic alliance with QRS Corporation (Nasdaq: QRSI - news) to coordinate and integrate the Internet-based services that each company provides to the retail industry. Under the alliance, the two companies will jointly market their integrated products and services to help major retailers electronically manage the full range of business activities related to the pre-, post- and re-ordering of merchandise.

QRS is specialized in the post- and re-order phase of merchandise workflow, allowing vendors to upload and download UPC/EAN codes to Keystone, the industry's largest product nformation database. QRS Keystone, which contains over 60 million products, is accessed by
over 150 leading retailers.
The joint marketing and support of the integrated products and services will be through both the QRS and specialized IBM sales and marketing organizations.
