The company has 8 sales people, 2 secretaries, Bill and his wife, Maria. They are working in an office that is approx 700 sq. ft. The office is divided into 3 cubicles: one for the sales staff, one for the secretaries and Bill has his own office.

Landmark just recently entered into the ISP market and things look like they are shaping up very well. They are concentrating on high speed connections for businesses [DSL] and have some dial up customers. The DSL is where the $$ is though, with monthly fees ranging from $94.00 to $590.00.

Landmark is partnering with Covad : www.covad.com and will be able to go anywhere that Covad goes. You can verify their working relationship by calling Chad Fuller at Covad (562) 637-7011 (310) 505-0411.

On this coming Thurday, March 4th Landamark and Covad are giving a
demonstration of DSL speed to the public and are notifying prospective
customers by phone and fax. IF anyone lives in Southern California ans is interested the time is 3:00 to 7:00 pm and will be held in a Covad facility at 475 E. Center St. Anaheim CA -- phone (949) 490-0976 or the numbers above for more info.

Bill is, without question, dedicated to building this business. He took no salary last yr or this yr. He did however take shares: 4 mill and 5 mill respectively....and consequently has the most reasons to see to it that it succeeds. His wife Maria is little dynamo and I can tell she is major asset.

Bill opened his books to me and showed my sales for last month. They had $47,000.00 in DSL sales. He had all the expenses, commisions, etc figured in and they actually had a profit of around $2,300.00. Of course if Bill was drawing a salary this would not be the case...but not bad for an upstart.

To give you some means of comparison - take a look at SRUN another upstart ISP. They only did $39,000.00 all last year...but last month alone they did $39,000.00 and the stock popped up over 2 bucks [has a yr low of .06]

Future sales projections for April are estimated at $80,000.00 in gross sales. And Bill is aiming at 6-7 million in sales within the next couple of years....and I think he can do it. Bill plans to be fully reporting...but the business does not have the 38k needed at this time. He said he is hopes to have the $$ in a couple of months.

I took pictures of the office and staff and Bill and his wife and when I have them developed will forward them or have them on a web page for viewing.

I think withing a month or so the company will have a web-site up.

I am not going to ramble on or pump this one. I think it is an excellent opportunity among the pennies....in a HOT market. IF Bill follows his game plan this could be a 2 dollar stock before long. The float is getting sucked up pretty quick and as a result it has a punitive spread.... The stock will soon have market maker -- hopefully by taday to help keep the spread in line.

I will be receiving shares for my promotion of LMKI. 80k shares restricted for 1 year and 20 k free trading to cover expenses.

AS always - this is not a buy or sell recomendation...I am not a financial advisor...and confess to being dumb as wood.
