Overview Minera IRL is a junior gold producer with projects in Peru and Argentina. An operating mine in Peru is currently producing about 30,000 ounces of gold per year, providing substantial funding for the company's exploration and development efforts. The project with the best potential is Ollachea, an orogenic gold deposit located in Peru. Drilling to date has shown over 2.5MM oz Au (MI&I). There is potential to expand the deposit considerably. The company has driven a 1.2 Km tunnel to access the deposit, enabling deeper drilling that has not been possible due to terrain. Ollachea is awaiting an EIA and financing before going into construction.
Advanced Projects - Corihuarmi: Peru, producing ~30Koz Au/yr, US$383 cash cost, 2017 - Ollachea: Peru | 2.5MM oz Au (MI&I) plus Concurayoc's 0.9MM oz Au Inferred | BFS complete | 2014-2015 planned production start. - Don Nicolas: IRL's most advanced project of several that they hold in Argentina's Santa Cruz province. BFS complete. $80MM financing secured. Late 2014 planned production start, will scale to 50K+ ounces/year.
