Heavily pumped stocks are typically dumped. Aside from the pumpers dumping the stock there is the question as to what he knows, why would he risk criminal charges?

The pump and dump artist is providing excellent advertisement towards potential shorts. Stocks which are spam on the Yahoo boards and are shortable will be tracked for one month.

Please do not report these people to Yahoo. Its getting tougher and tougher to find the pumped stocks.
