This is of course a moderated thread. "What does that mean?" you may be asking.
It means if I don't like what you have to say you cannot post here.
There are many petty fiefdoms on SI. If you don't fit into this one you will fit into another. Life is like that.
Note: This new heading was not intended as a slam to anyone. It was not intended to be unpleasant or threatening in any way. It was not intended to start anything, or to end anything. The header was intended to take a slam and make it into something nice. Because sometimes slams, unintentionally, please the people they are supposed to slam. I am afraid that's what some posts on the boxing thread did. I can't say I am sorry that I find posts that were supposed to be insulting, just funny, because I am not. I am reading everything, and everyone- should that make anyone feel better. But I still see no need to post differently. If our happiness here really bothers anyone, if my wishing to make light of insults is interpreted as insulting, I can only say that doesn't make any sense to me. I will probably find any further parodies and or slams funny too. That is not hostility, it is just a matter of distance. |
