Greetings!

Agilent Technologies is the name announced as the spin-off Measurement Organization of Hewlett-Packard, officially operating as a separate company in the next few months. The potential IPO filed for Agilent is being called the 'largest IPO in the history of Silicon Valley'.

I think this new company will be a winner, but I am also intersted in the thoughts of others on how this $8 billion start-up will fare being separate from HP.
