What are the prospects of Va Tech Football for 2000.? What are Vicks chances of the Heisman Trophy.?? The Big East is vastly improved with the likes of stronger teams in Boston, Miami, Morgantown, Syracuse, Pittsburg. UVA in the ACC should be better also.
