The method is proprietary
but I will give
the buy and sell signals

Basically we will be going
long and short the SP500 with
an index mutual fund for the
CONSERVATIVE SYSTEM.
(PROFUNDS BLPIX/BRPIX)
The HIGH RISK HIGH REWARD SYSTEM
will go long and short the SP500
with a leveraged index mutual fund
that correlates to the index at 200%.
(PROFUNDS ULPIX/URPIX)
"Most" trades are meant
to last weeks...
the best trades will
last months..
